Shop Policies

Orders are processed within 3–5 business days.

Domestic orders ship via USPS. Delivery time is typically 3–7 business days after shipping.

International shipping times vary (2–6 weeks). Buyers are responsible for customs/VAT fees.

Refunds are only offered for damaged or defective items.

If your order arrives damaged, please contact me within 7 days of delivery with photos. I’ll happily send a replacement.

Lost mail: If your order hasn’t arrived after 6 weeks (international) or 3 weeks (domestic), please reach out so I can assist.

Orders can be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After that, cancellations are not guaranteed.

Due to the nature of stickers and stationery, I do not accept returns or exchanges.

International buyers are responsible for customs duties, taxes, or fees charged by their country.
