Q: Where do you ship from?
A: All orders are shipped with love from Seagrove, NC.
Q: Do you ship internationally?
A: Yes! I ship worldwide. Please note that international orders may take longer to arrive and may be subject to customs fees or taxes, which are the buyer’s responsibility.
Q: How long will my order take to ship?
A: Orders are typically processed and shipped within 3–5 business days. You’ll receive tracking information once your order is on its way.
Q: How long does shipping take?

Domestic (U.S.): 3–7 business days
International: 2–6 weeks depending on your country’s postal system
Q: What if my order arrives damaged or gets lost?
A: If your item arrives damaged, please send me a photo within 7 days of delivery and I’ll be happy to replace it. Lost mail is rare, but if it happens, please reach out and we’ll work on a solution together.
Q: Do you accept returns or exchanges?
A: Because of the nature of stationery and stickers, I don’t accept returns or exchanges. But if there’s a problem with your order, reach out and I’ll do my best to make it right.
Q: Can I cancel my order?
A: Yes, within 24 hours of purchase. After that, orders are usually already in process.
Q: Do you offer custom orders or commissions?
A: At this time, I’m focusing on building my shop collections, but keep an eye out, I’ll occasionally open slots for custom work.
Q: Are your stickers waterproof?
A: Yes! They’re made with durable vinyl and various finishes. Perfect for laptops, water bottles, and journals.
